About
Bobby serves as the Managing Partner of Siregar Setiawan Manalu Partnership (SSMP). With more than eighteen years of practice, he has established a strong reputation in complex commercial litigation, aviation law, competition disputes, and restructuring and insolvency proceedings (PKPU and bankruptcy). His work spans high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters involving both domestic and international clients, including state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, and high-growth businesses across regulated sectors. Beyond practice, Bobby is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in law at Universitas Pelita Harapan and lectures at Universitas Gadjah Mada (Jakarta campus). He also serves as the Secretary General of the Indonesian Advocates Association (AAI), reflecting his deep commitment to professional development and the advancement of the Indonesia legal community.
